Pumpkin Time!!!

Well I posted on Mother's Day, and surprise surprise it isn't here!  That app and myself are not seeing eye to eye!

Anyway, I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day!  Mine was good.  I spent the day with my kids (not a big difference than my normal days), we watched some TV, I cleaned, they made me some cards and blew up a ton of balloons as a celebration.  I think the balloons were for their selves though, since they have had a blast playing with them.  LOL!  They did let me do a quick photo shoot with them and there was no complaining! We went out to eat for dinner, the kids picked, and had ice cream together.

Pumpkin Patch

I love the pumpkin patch!  I always look forward to going.  The kids seem to enjoy it too! We have been twice so far, and maybe another time before the season is over.  I need to edit some of the other photos from when we went but I haven't had time yet.

 I love this little outfit on my little ones, and the hat too! 

Doctor Day

Parker is the toughest baby ever!!! He had to go to the doctor today, so did Michael. Michael got shots and cried. Parker had to do blood work and it took 3 different people sticking him and digging in his veins before someone finally got it... and he never once cried!!! He whined twice and the rest of the time was ok, just watching them! He and Michael are growing well. :)  Parker is "perfect".  He is army crawling, scooting all over, and pulling himself up.  He can say mama now.  He is eating fruits, veggies, cereals, and yogurt.  He drinks from a cup and self feeds.  Before long he will be a toddler!

I also went to the doctor today... mine was just so so.  I hate doctors. All they do is give you bad news.  But that could be from my crappy attitude right now, since family and doctors suck! Even a cupcake didn't cheer me up.

OKC Zoo

We went to the zoo the other day.  It was really nice in the morning, since it was cool.  But by 11 it was getting hot.  Samantha loved it.  It was just her and Parker this time since the boys are back in school.  She really liked the cougars and the tigers.  She would say "Look at that little fella" or "Come here little fella" .. lol!  Little fella! Parker seemed to enjoy it too.

Gigi's Kid Kraze Cupcake

Today I had to go to the doctor, which made today not so great.  So after the appointment the little girl (and little boy), and I went and got a couple of cupcakes.  Too bad the little guy didn't get any cupcakes, he was just along for the ride.  But this is the one the girl picked.  Of course!  It's pink!  Pink icing, with sprinkles on the inside and out, with a gummy worm.  She only ate about half, she LOVED the icing.  I got a tiny bite before she licked the icing off of the whole thing.  The icing was very good!!  The cake was pretty good too. 

First Day....

Well today is the first day of school for 3 of my 4 school aged children.  This morning was rough!  My 6th grader didn't care to even go to school.  But he went, we aren't sure about his teacher yet since she is new.  But he will have several teachers this year, since he switches classes.  My 3rd grader hates change (much like myself) and started crying this morning.  I couldn't leave him while he was crying.  He was hoping for a different teacher then he got, but I think he will like her once he gets to know her.  Thankfully one of his male friends who is also in his class came in and he was better.  My 2nd grader walked into his class and informed the teacher that she was messing up his tv time... got to love his personality!  He isn't shy at all.  Then I found out that my soon to be Kindergartener (he starts Monday) has a teacher that we were not hoping for.  It flipped me out badly, but thankfully the school switched him and he has the same teacher my last Kindergartener had... and she is awesome!!  You can tell she loves her job and the kids!  So now it is 12:40 and I still have 2 more hours till the older boys get out of school so I can find out about their first day and see them again!!!!  I hope they all four have a wonderful year!
