Work it!

I have been running and some other exercises. I won't lie, I'm not a fan of either. I usually start then stop then start then stop, that's me. But here lately I've been running more, trust me I'm not a runner anymore. But it clears my head. It reduces my stress. I start feeling better. It's weird like that.
