One year check up

I had a doctors appointment today.  Apparently it isn't normal for me to still be having some light bleeding every now and again.  My pains are awful and he could barely touch my left side.  I have an ultrasound scheduled, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to go due to money.  And apparently there is no fixing my body.
